It was an honour to host global scholar and motivational speaker Mufti Menk and comedian Omar Reagan at MFIS today. Mufti Menk spoke at Greenacre Secondary and Hoxton Park, while Omar Reagan entertained students and staff at Greenacre Primary and Hoxton Park.
Mufti Menk, from Zimbabwe, emphasised to students the importance of becoming good human beings who can be of benefit to others, while pursuing academic growth and development in school. His words were inspirational to staff and students alike. US comedian Omar Reagan demonstrated exceptional skill in keeping primary students engaged with his light humour.
Their visit to Australia is organised by Human Appeal Australia.
