Gallipoli Home and Gallipoli Mosque

[ Beaumont Hills ] On Monday, 11th November, our Year 7 and 8 boys visited Gallipoli Home and Gallipoli Mosque.

The primary objective of this trip was to foster connections between our youth and the elderly, embodying MFIS’s core values of Faith, Excellence, and Service. During the visit, the learners had the opportunity to recite Quran for the residents and engage in activities, creating a meaningful exchange across generations. We are delighted to have shared this experience with them, creating a bond of compassion and community.

Following their visit to Gallipoli Home, the learners were warmly welcomed at Gallipoli Mosque for a guided tour, where they gained insight into the mosque’s history and architecture. The day concluded with Dhuhr prayer at the mosque before the learners returned to school.
