In the spirit of our shared values and the teachings of our faith, Malek Fahd Islamic school has a well-established alumni network warmly invite our esteemed 2000 plus alumni to maintain a strong and enduring connection with our school community. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasised the importance of maintaining ties and fostering community bonds, as reflected in the following hadith:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: “The creation are the dependents of Allah, and the most beloved of creation to Allah is he who is good to His dependents.”
Our alumni are not only cherished members of over 30 years of history but also vital contributors to our future. Their experiences, achievements, and wisdom are invaluable assets that can inspire and guide our current students. We encourage engagement with the school through mentorship programs, guest speakers, tutors, community service initiatives, and partake in social events, all of which are avenues to give back and uphold the Islamic principle of mutual support and benefit.
“Help one another in righteousness and piety, but do not help one another in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.” (Qur’an 5:2)
We invite all our alumni to our annual Eid celebration dinner and Eid festival to renew the ties, foster networking and get new alumni to connect and promote mentoring that can help while they are at university for guidance while also prioritising enrolment of their siblings and children.
Stay connected, stay engaged! At Malek Fahd our alumni are an integral part of our community, and we cherish the enduring bonds we’ve built together already and look forward to strengthening these networks in the future. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have fond memories from years past, we invite you to reconnect with us and stay involved in the vibrant life of our school.
