Our Beaumont Hills Year 12 students and the Wellbeing Team volunteered on Saturday 3 June at the Brothers in Need Soup Kitchen. They cooked and packed 120 food packs and distributed these to the homeless and needy at Martin Place.
This was a unique and rewarding experience for students and staff and InshaAllah there will be many more opportunities like this to exhibit service learning and help those in need in our wider community.
